2. Reserve Your Date
After your consultation, I will send you a proposal that will enable you to review and sign an agreement (so all of my promises to you are in writing) and pay your retainer.
Your date is officially reserved!
Time to get warmed up for the wedding day! We will choose a dreamy location and I will direct you every step of the way. This is a wonderful opportunity for me to get acquainted with your best angles and for both of you to become comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding.

The PG wedding experience is marked by quality. I will work with you and your planner on a timeline that will ensure the best photographs prior to the wedding. When the day is here, you will be able to fully relax knowing that all you’ve invested into making this day special is going to be honored by me and my team through how we intentionally serve you.
Your images will be delivered 6-8 weeks after your wedding, but you will receive a sneak peek gallery shortly after because I know how difficult the wait can be! All of your photos will be delivered on a beautiful online gallery so that you can easily view, download and share with friends and family.

The final and most important part of the PG experience: preserving your legacy in print. After your wedding gallery is delivered, I will send you more information on how to get those images in a one-of-a-kind heirloom album that you, and generations thereafter, will deeply treasure.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
My pricing is unique in that I do not offer packages that may or may not fit your needs; instead, I provide my couples with one signature collection, including the essentials for a great photography experience, then custom additions that fit your unique celebration.
The signature collection is $4,450.

Have you photographed at my wedding venue?
I have photographed events at various venues across the Southeast and beyond. But regardless of my experience at a destination, a key part of my workflow is arriving well before my coverage begins to scout the most beautiful locations so there is no time wasted when it's time for portraits.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR IMAGES?
Your online gallery from your wedding will be available within 6-8 weeks to view, download and share with family and friends (they can also order professional prints here). I strive to give my clients the fastest turnaround possible, one that I promise is worth the wait! Portrait sessions typically take 3-4 weeks to turnaround.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I RECEIVE?
I focus on quality over quantity, creating authentic imagery to tell a cohesive story, rather than giving you 1000 images of the same pose. The final result is an heirloom for generations to come, rather than more "stuff" on your shelves. There are many depending factors throughout each wedding, but you can expect 60-80 final images per hour of wedding coverage.

CAN WE SEND YOU A SHOT LIST TO FOLLOW?
Absolutely, I do ask for a shot list for family photos to make sure we don’t forget to include someone important to you. This list is to be kept brief at 10 groupings or less for a quick flow before or following the ceremony. Beyond this, I do not work off of a list as this limits my creativity. You’ve invested in me as an artist to capture your authentic story and entrusted me to provide a fantastic experience, so you can trust it will be nothing short of that!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU? AND WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
Most couples book roughly 6months-1year (max) in advance to ensure their date is secured on my calendar as I only commission a limited number of weddings per year. To book, a 50% non-refundable retainer of the collection total is required, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.

WE ARE NERVOUS ABOUT BEING UNCOMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA! DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS?
Yes! I totally get it. Let’s set some expectations for each other. I do NOT expect you to know how to pose yourself, gaze into my camera, know what to do with your hands or act like a model. I’ve got you and will direct you into these moments, only capturing the ones that showcase your true personalities. Our time together will be more like taking a walk with an old friend, instead of being super posey posey. The biggest tip is to RELAX and smile. Trust me, the magic happens when you’re relaxed and comfortable.
